Sellers can reject your cancellation request if you request after the seller has processed the order by updating the tracking number. Once this happens, the order will proceed to ship as usual.
If the seller rejects your cancellation request or if you withdraw it, you can’t request again. We recommend informing the seller on the reason for order cancellation so that the seller can cancel on your behalf.
What happens if I cancel my order before the seller processes it?
If you request to cancel the order before the seller processes the order or generates a tracking number, the cancellation request will be accepted instantly and won’t require seller's approval.
Once the cancellation request is approved or instantly cancelled, the refund will be initiated back to you (the time frame will depend on the payment method).
💡 Tip: Any order that is not paid in full can be cancelled instantly with the paid amount being refunded to your ShopeePay instantly. Sellers can also cancel your order. For more info, click here.
